Saturday - 8.30am-11.30am (doctors by rotation)
Practice Nurse - Monday to Friday am and pm bookable appointments
Fast Track Clinic - Monday to Friday Nurse 8.30am-10.30am
Doctor 9.00am-10.30am
This is a clinic run by the doctor and the minor illness nurse. Appointments are not pre-bookable and patients will be seen on a first come first served basis. On booking you will be asked if it is a doctor or nurse problem. There is a list to help you decide. The minor illness nurse can prescribe. The clinic is for medical problems that cannot wait for a routine bookable appointment. The maximum appointment time is 10 minutes and patients are requested to present with 1 problem only. All patients who present before 10.30 will be seen by either the doctor of minor illness nurse.
Urgent appointments
Patients who call in or telephone the practice after the Fast Track Clinic will be triaged by the doctor to assess whether they need a same day appointment or if the problem can wait for Fast Track the following day.
