Home Visits

Home visits are for those patients who are too ill to travel to the surgery for a consultation.   Requests for home visits should be made before 11.00am on the day the visit is required. This is to ensure that the doctor can schedule home visits between morning and afternoon surgeries.

All visit requests will be passed to the duty doctor who will assess if a visit is medically necessary or if you should come down to the surgery if he feels that this is more approriate.   If you think you need a visit please telephone reception on : 01234 720225
