Nurses
The practice employs two practice nurses, who are both trained in the management of Minor Illness.
Judith Mann (Minor Ilness trained). Judith has a specialist interest in Diabetes and Coronary Heart Disease.
Denise Marocco (Minor Ilness and Family Planning trained and also a Nurse Prescriber). Denise has a specialist interest in Asthma and COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease). Denise is also Family Planning trained and can be consulted for general contraceptive advice and annual check ups for the contraceptive pill.
Judith and Denise can be consulted by appointment for travel advice/vaccinations, baby immunisations, cervical smears, ear syringing, blood pressure reviews, contraceptive injections, smoking cessation advice, weight management, new patient medicals and dressings.
