Volunteer Medical Car Scheme

In partnership with the Wellingborough Volunteer Centre the practice is endeavouring to establish a volunteer car service for patients of the practice, to transport them to surgery and hospital appointments. We appreciate that transport is a big problem for many of our patients. We need to do a feasibility study to establish whether there is sufficient need/interest in the scheme and are asking patients to complete a short questionnaire.
