Many people choose to travel to all sorts of exotic place and trips to far away destinations are increasingly popular. The health risk associated with this increase means that in order to give you the protection and advice you need, we need to have the full details of your travel itinerary and any significant medical history. We will need to perform a risk assessment before deciding which vaccines are recommended and the advice that will best address your needs.
As soon as you book your holiday you will need to complete a Travel Risk Assessment form for each person travelling. This can be done either online or by downloading the form and handing it into Reception. Please allow 5 working days before contacting the Reception Team who will advise you what vaccinations you need and length of appointment you require.
We look forward to seeing you and helping you to travel safely.
Please note if you book a last minute holiday we may not be able to schedule in the vaccinations required, and this may necessitate you having to visit a private travel clinic.

- Most travel vaccines are available on the NHS but there are some you will have to pay for, for example Yellow Fever, Rabies, Japanese Encephalitis and Malaria Medication to name a few. Please ask Reception for the current cost of these.
